  3. Pregnant Mare Rescue-a 501(c)(3) all volunteer horse sanctuary committed to rehabilitating abused horses, advocating for humane treatment of horses and providing a safe haven and loving care, with horses available for adoption to excellent homes: http://pregnantmarerescue.org
  4. REINS (Red's Equines in Need)-is another California Registered Charity and a Federally recognized 501(c)(3) located at the southern most part of Silicon Valley in Hollister, California. REINS is an all volunteer, non-profit recently established in response to local equine abuse cases in Morgan Hill, Gilroy, and elsewhere in Santa Clara County.  They provide safe haven and loving care, with horses available for adoption to excellent homes.: http://helpreins.org
