Description
This energy recording is a combination of two different energies, one of my “double-whammy” recordings. Weight of the World is an energy I channeled a number of years ago in response to feeling obligated to fix something that was not my job to fix. Women and, mothers especially, tend to take on responsibility that is unnecessary or out of proportion to the time we have to support others.
It’s easy to overwhelm yourself if you are taking on too much, but overwhelm also comes from limitations in your ability to process everything coming at you. If your nervous system is overstimulated, this can occur quite easily.
Like all of the energies, this should be repeated at minimum three times, two weeks apart and as needed.
