This energy recording focuses specifically on trauma related to sexual abuse. NInety-three percent of children and 80% of adults with a history of sexual trauma know their attackers, which creates additional challenges in the area of trust, building relationships, etc. Several energetic downloads are provided at the end of the recording to support folks with feelings of shame, guilt etc.
As with all the energies, this recording should be played a minimum of three times, two weeks apart and as needed.
