It includes signs and symptoms of anxious behavior, information to support you/your family in shifting behaviors that may be contributing to anxiety, suggestions for modification of your animals environment, calming behaviors and calming resources. Many of my clients have followed the tips and tricks in this guide and have found it very helpful.
